1. Use a mild shampoo and dry them on low heat
2. If you need to store them, put them in a protective bag. Keep in mind that they will adopt the shape in which you put them, but they easily straightened
3. Be aware of the link when you wash and brush your hair. This can be easy to forget because the soft feathers will start to feel like part of your hair. Never brush over the link - only the feathers.
4. As your hair grows, the link will move away from your scalp. Generally, it’s around the 2-week mark that this becomes a possible issue, so be careful!
5. When it comes time to re-install your feathers, the process is easy - just move the link up to your scalp. This is a great time to change out colors!
