Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final except for items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match the product description

Email us at Info@feathermyhead.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds (If Approved)
We will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and let you know whether it is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Info@feathermyhead.com.

Return Shipping (If a Return Is Required)
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for review. If a return is required for an approved claim involving a defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described item, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost for that approved claim. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Save all packaging and contents, take clear photos, and email them to Info@feathermyhead.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered, we do not automatically refund or reship the order. Please contact your local USPS office or the delivering carrier for assistance.
