Address verification

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately—once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

USA shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Expedited/overnight options may be available at checkout.

Express shipping

Expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not change processing time. If you need faster processing, contact us before ordering—additional fees may apply.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.

Items shown as delivered

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact your local carrier first. We’re happy to help you troubleshoot, but we do not automatically refund or reship orders marked as delivered.
