Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Custom orders, made-to-order items, or hand-dyed feathers may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods
Standard U.S. shipping through USPS First Class typically takes 3–7 business days. Priority, Express, or overnight shipping may be available at checkout.

Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available, but it does not change processing time. If you need faster processing, please contact us before ordering. Additional fees may apply.

Change of Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Requests for address changes after purchase may not be able to be accommodated.

Delivery Time
Shipping times are estimated in business days only. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occur. We do not refund shipping charges for delays caused by the carrier or other external factors.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping options when available. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees required by their country. For faster delivery and better tracking, we recommend upgraded international shipping when available.

Package Tracking
All shipments, except some economy international services, include tracking information sent by email once the order ships.
