Feather My Head uses 100% real rooster feathers sourced in the USA. The slender, flexible shape blends into hair and follows straight styles, waves and curls. Natural patterns, solid colors and grizzly-striped options create different effects.

Plan Your Length and Color Selection

Measure from the intended attachment point to where the client wants the feather tips to end. Layers, waves and curls affect how much length shows.

• 10–12 inches: A shorter option for above-shoulder looks and shorter layers.
• 12–14 inches: A popular option for shoulder-length styles.
• 14–16 inches: Longer feathers for below-shoulder hair.
• 16+ inches: Limited extra-long options in selected dyed colors and mixes.

Natural feathers are not offered in 16+. Rainbow tie-dye feathers are available in 10–12, 12–14 and 14–16 inches. Check individual listings for current choices, and use our hair feather sizing guide.

A small range of brown, cream, black and natural grizzly feathers can suit subtle styles. Add the pink, purple, blue or other shades your own clients request, then refill the colors you use most often.

Keep Installation Supplies Ready

Feathers are installed with silicone-lined micro beads, a loop tool and suitable jewelry pliers. Our standard DIY kit includes silicone-lined beads, a pink loop tool and printed instructions. Pliers are not included.
